Asheville, North Carolina · Twelve stools, eight taps, zero televisions.
This board is the same one we chalk behind the bar, updated at every keg change. Check the gauges before you walk over — if something you love is about to blow, call and we will tell you straight how many pours are left.
Fresh keg
Copperline Brewing
Tapped this afternoon. Mango, white peach, and a soft oat body that drinks like juice with manners.
Iron Gate Brewing
Snappy noble hops over a cracker-dry lager base. The regulars' default first pour.
Signal Hill Beer Co.
Citra and Nelson stacked on a soft pale frame. This keg has never lasted two weekends.
Hollow Oak Brewery
Toasted hazelnut, caramel, and brown bread. Quietly the best beer in the building.
Copperline Brewing
Espresso, cocoa nib, and an oat-slick body. Built for the patio fire barrel.
About to blow
Fieldnote Farmhouse Ales
Lemon peel, white pepper, bone dry. When this one blows it is gone until spring.
About to blow
Signal Hill Beer Co.
Blood orange squeezed into a bright, clean tart base. A handful of pours left at best.
Blown
Banner Year Brewing
Blew at 9:40 last night — campfire, dark chocolate, and a standing ovation. Back on next month.

32 oz crowlers and 64 oz growlers filled from any tap that is not flagged, until 30 minutes before close.

Before you ask
The five questions we answer most at the bar, kept here so you can plan the walk over.
It is the same board we run behind the bar. Whoever changes a keg updates the page in the same minute, so if a beer shows as pouring, it is pouring — and the gauges reflect what is genuinely left.
We cannot reserve draft beer, but call before you head over and we will tell you honestly how many pours are left. House tradition: the last pour of any keg is on us.
Yes — 32 oz crowlers and 64 oz growlers from any tap that is not flagged as about to blow, up to 30 minutes before close.

Dogs are welcome on the patio year-round and inside on weekday afternoons. Minors are welcome with an adult until 8 PM.
